My name is MK which is short for Melvin Kalonji.
I am going to teach you how to run the best way to get fit.
This is important when you go running:
You need trainers; shoes are not suitable.
Phew, hello people; I’ve been on a long run. In case you get thirsty, bring a water bottle with you.
By the way, I forgot mine.
Before you go running eat fruits (not crisps and sweets!).
Tip: before you go running do some stretches to avoid injuries.
When you’re running do not gain your speed. Jog, and when you get home, relax.
