Today, I am going to teach you how to swim. Swimming is so easy, but some people might be scared of swimming and that is fine, just try your best.

First when you get in the water you put your two arms forward and your face in the water.

Then, put your legs up. After, you move your two arms forward and move them backwards. Also you have to kick your legs.

It is not that hard to swim.

To breathe you can put your head up or you can put your head sideways, it is up to you really.

If you can’t do any of that, you can just stand up, breathe, and try again.

It is better if you breathe side ways than put your head up.

How to swim backwards? Now! I am going to teach you how to swim backwards. First, you put your head backwards in the water. Then, you put your two arms back to front. Then, you put your legs up and kick them when you’re in the water. If any water comes in your ear just stand and put your head sideways and when the water comes out do it again.
