's Lemon cheesecake UK version

Before you start you need to wash your hands and clean the equipment you are going to use!!

Next, prepare your ingredients!

You are going to need: a can of syrup, 1 pack of cream cheese, 1 lemon and 1 pack of biscuits.

I recommend ginger biscuits to get the sweet flavour. You will also need some equipment like: a baking tin, a rolling pin and a spoon or a spatula.

Step 1, Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.

Step 2, Transfer the crumbs to the baking tin.

Step 3, add syrup on top of the crumbs.

Step 4, put the cream cheese on top of the syrup to create another layer.

Step 5, Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half of the lemon into the cream cheese.

Step 6, Put the other half of the lemon on top of the cream cheese for decoration.

Step 7, Finally, put the whole baking tin into the fridge and wait for 4 hours and then enjoy your cheesecake.
